Blooming Tea

We have a guy at work this summer from the Czech Republic.  He brought us these teas when he came this week.  I posted a pic on facebook & a couple people asked about it what "Blooming Tea" was so I thought I would post a step by step of pics on here.  This is the box with all of the varieties to choose from.

It starts with these little balls of what looks like grass.

You pour boiling water over the tea ball... & it starts to bloom!

It actually is really good tea! It has a STRONG floral smell to it.

How fun is that! I had never heard of this tea. Have you?? If you google it, its very popular! I guess it just hadn't made its way to Texas!
