We had another great weekend of not much excitement!! I have piles & piles of laundry that I just did not feel like doing. I just do not like being stuck in the house doing laundry (or cleaning for that matter) when I could be spending time with the 2 cutest boys in West Texas!! So, no one is invited over to my house...please seriously do not show up & surprise me! Unless you will not judge me & are coming over to do my laundry...then you are welcome ANY time!!
Big News in our House this Weekend:
Cross Haven cut his first tooth yesterday!! On 10/10/10 at 6 months & 1 weeks old, that booger FINALLY popped through! I have thought for about 4 months now that it could happen any day...Finally it did! We have to have Bibs as an accessory of every outfit just to keep the drool from SOAKING his clothes!
Ashlee made this bib for Cross at our Couples shower...She put an acronym on it for "Boy"...I can not remember right this minute what its says...but It DOES NOT say "Beer" like it looks like in this picture! I think that first word is "Because"...just wanted to clarify!
(Hello...I see me again! Love Love this kids eyes!!)
Peanut Harvest is in full swing now, so we spent time with Tanner out there this weekend also. They are just a mile or less from our house right this second so we went back & forth a few times yesterday. But Helee honestly is a home body...he enjoys being with Tanner most of the day, but he gets tired of it & is ready to be home! We went to the house last night & hung out in the driveway for a bit...
You know you are in West Texas, when you have tumble weeds growing in your dirt pile!! Someone tell this kids dad to de-weed his dirt pile!!
I am taking off work on Thursday to go to the Apple Orchard/Pumpkin Patch with Helee's weecare class! I'm so excited to get to spend the day with him....I'm still debating on if I am going to take Cross. We will see...I'm sure I will!
This picture didn't focus quite right, but I love He-Man's sweet smile in it!
& talk about a sweet smile...
Cross & I were sitting in the shade of the driveway watching Helee play in his dirt pile...I swear Cross could just stare at Helee all day long!! He watches him so closely. I can not wait until Cross is big enough to play with him!
The sun was in Helee's eyes, so he kept closing his eyes in all the pictures I was taking. I said, "Helee, Open your eyes!"
& this is what I got!
Gotta Love him!
