Off to the Fair & Rodeo!

WOW....it's been a super busy couple of weeks. I'm a horrible blogger....one day I hope to be so good & post everyday, HA! We'll see when/if that ever happens.

Tanner & I are "in charge" of our annual rodeo here in Plains. Its ALOT of hard work, but its a tradition in our community & we are bound & determined to keep it going. That has occupied the majority of my time this summer, I am SUPER thankful its OVER!! Helee looks so cute in his "cowboy" gear.....I may be partial, but I just think he's soooo handsome!The next Thursday, we went to Lovington, NM to the Fair & Rodeo. Helee's Uncle Shank (Tanner's good friend, & old Roping Partner) was up that night so we went to watch him. The Saxon's followed us there. The kids really enjoyed the EXPENSIVE carnival! Helee & Andie got to ride several rides together...they had so much fun. The bigger kids rode EVERYTHING! but we got them on the carousel first! Blane (our nephew) has been her most of the summer. He & the girls have really gotten close & played together ALOT! We're really going to miss Blane when he heads back home in a week or two! & I'm pretty sure Jayci & Katie will miss him too!

Helee's had a lot of fun....he's just growing up TOO fast!! & getting more & more of his own personality!
