Helee's First Stock Show!

What a fun weekend!! Helee had his first stock show this weekend! There was a jackpot show in town so we took him down to the barns. In all honesty...I never thought he'd actually show his pig. We had some older kids on stand-by to jump in & show for him. I just knew that he'd break down & cry not wanting to be in front of all those people...well, that SOOOO didn't happen! He was such a ham! I was crying from laughing so hard....he made almost everyone in the barn laugh at one time! (It may have been when he slapped the judge with his whip!)

Tanner gave him a few pointers before he went in.....kind of think we should have practiced at home & not try to teach a 2 year old a minute before time to go!! Lol...but like I said, we didn't think he'd actually show!2 year old & pig whip = danger!Look at that determination on his face! A couple times his pig would run off & Helee would turn & look at either me or Tanner & just laugh! He makes my heart so happy!

Please ignore my giggling! I wish I would have videoed more of it! But this is about how it went the entire time he was in the ring....lol...he just chased "M&M" (his pig) around! He'd walk by the older kids & say "that's my pig!"

Of course, he was worn out after chasing "M&M" around. He pig didn't place very well but he had a ball!

I have no idea how to set my camera to take good pics in this barn. Every year they turn out SOOO blurry! Even photoshop cant fix them. Any suggestions??
