It's Valentines Day!!

Happy Happy Monday! We had a packed weekend full of nothing & everything. How is that possible?? We had a birthday party on Saturday afternoon and then went out for Valentines Day with the Corn's!  Can you guess from the pic where we went??

Ohana's....Helee loves to watch them cook! But they always look at us crazy when we just asked them to scramble him some eggs!

Sunday afternoon while Cross slept, Helee and I finished up his Valentines! This is the first year that we've had a class to give Valentines too!! I may or may not have enjoyed making them alittle more than Helee did!  I had downloaded a different valentine, to print with his picture on it, but it was blue and green with hearts...SOOO not Helee.  So, when I saw this idea on TipJunkie...I was SOLD!  I wish I could take credit for this...but I absolutely cant.  HERE is the original post. and HERE is the post with the template!

Don't they just scream Helee!  Love them!! I think I am going to have to start brainstorming today for next years cards if I am going to top them!  

We stuck a piece of gum to the barrel of the gun to finish them off!  We also made these cans for his class and for the other kids at the Babysitter with Cross. 

I have saved almost every can of formula that Cross has used just for crafts like this!! I added a handle, made from bale-ing wire, and tied tool on it after I took this picture. After a trip to the Dollar Tree, we filled them with a few goodies!  Its been awhile since a did a few crafts....so it was fun!!

We finished the weekend at the park yesterday afternoon.

(Yes, Helee's shirt is inside out & backwards.  I told him to take it off & we could fix it.  He said, "Mom, its just fine."  So it stayed like this the rest of the afternoon!)

Cross got to swing for his first time!  I think he liked it!!!
