The Boy's Party!

I have been "planning" this birthday party for awhile.  I always start thinking about a theme way too far in advance.  This year I decided on a "circus/carnival" theme...well we mostly had a red & blue party!  Here are the pics that I used for the invites...

The one idea that I had in my head was to blow some pictures of the boys up and have them poster-size around the party...

I can not tell you how excited I was a few weeks ago when I got it done!!

The top picture of boy boys was the front of the invites...it was framed in the red & white polka dot paper..
and this was the back!

Thursday afternoon was HECTIC! Which is my explanation for the last blog post!  I was stressing on how to get everything done.  I checked the weather and it was suppose to be a nice day Saturday, so we decided to have the party outside.  It worked out better as far as getting everything decorated.

I tried to make cake-pops like Bakerella. But they didn't turn out too well.  They tasted GREAT, but they wouldn't stay on the sticks.  I kept them in the fridge overnight to harden...but apparently they were suppose to be in the freezer! So...we made cupcakes at the last minute!

I used the boys' Easter Buckets (Helee gets really upset if you call it a basket!) to hold their cards...

After I got pictures of everything and not 10 minutes after the party started, the wind gusted & knocked all the pictures off the tables and the spilled the popcorn all over the ground! I was just alittle frustrated...

Andie is almost a year older than Helee...and is at the age that she will pose for a picture! Which makes me very happy!!

The boys, well Helee, had fun with all his friends & jumping in the bounce house or "jump-y" as he calls it!

My camera didn't focus too well on Cross, but I love his expression in this picture.  He could have cared less about the candle, cupcake and the whole shebang!

Good thing Brother was there to blow out his candle for him!

I have made more appearances on the blog in the last few weeks than I have in the last few years!!

Me & my big 4 year old!!! I can not believe its already been 4 years!
My boys (even Tanner) make me the happiest girl in Texas!

Well Babe, you did a wonderful job on the boys party. Way over the top! I know that they had a great time and it was worth all the effort you put into it. Thank you for sharing the pictures so at least I could pretend I was there!
