I'm Back! I was sooo ready to see my boys Friday afternoon!!
Utah was fun. It would have been 100 times better to have spent the time with my boys there, but it was a good week. I got to the hotel around 1:00am (2am Texas Time!) so, I did not get to see much of the hotel. This was my view when I woke up Wednesday Morning!
It was beautiful! I mostly went to the conference/meeting to network. It was nice to meet so many people that I have worked with for several years but never gotten a chance to meet. So many people said, "Oh..I recognize your voice!" I'm not sure if that was a bad or good thing! lol...
Wednesday for lunch we went up the Gondola & ate on the mountain! After a morning of listening to several presentations, such as "Identifying Cloud Glaciations: Single Particle Light Depolarization" and " Polarimetric Radar Analysis of hygroscopic Seeding..." (I sound smart, huh?? Don't be too impressed....I didn't understand half of it!) ...it was fun to get to do a little tourist trip!

Wednesday night we went into town to eat with some clients/colleagues. Before we could get back to the Hotel, a "blizzard" hit! I was so ready to get back to my room, put on some pj's and drink some hot tea on my patio...and just watch the snow!
I was on the phone with Tanner & Helee...
Me: "Helee, Its a blizzard here"
Helee: "What kind of blizzard?"
Me: "Just a snow blizzard"
Helee: "Oh...No Oreos?"

I had a van pick me up to take me to the airport at 6am Friday morning. I wanted to be sure to not sleep thru my alarms, so I set my phone alarm for 5:15, the alarm clock in the room for 5:30 & I had a wake up call at 5:45. My phone alarm went off. I got up and dressed & was putting stuff in my suitcase & realized it was 4:15!! My phone never switched from Texas time all week! I forgot this little fact when setting my wake up alarm! Needless to say...I was ready in plenty of time!
It was a good week, but I'm glad to be home with my boys again. I am here for the week...We have the boys birthday Friday and then I have to go to Austin for three days next week. I'm so blessed to have a wonderful Husband to "hold down the fort" while I'm travelling!!

Tell Helee that you will get an Oreo Blizzard in Austin cuz I don't think you will need that cute coat there! I am so proud of you! You may not know what all that stuff is but you can spell it! Good thing you have a college degree!
