Hot Rod T-ball!

It's officially started...Tball!! Helee had his first game last night and it was quite entertaining!

He did have alittle bit of a melt down right before the game started.  He decided he didn't want to play.  But he got over it....with alittle coaxing from Tanner...and played pretty good! Of course he never left Tanner's side.

Helee & Tanner were the first base coach while his team was batting....and they both were on the pitching mound while his team was in the field.  Mostly they just played and every once in a while paid attention to the ball coming towards them!

Cross spent the hour like this....

....throwing a fit!  I think the pack & play and lots of toys will be at the next game!

Once Helee warmed up to the whole game/team thing...he did great!

He was checking on Cross here...he said, "Cross watch brother!"  trying to get Cross to quit crying...

He did really good grounding the ball & trying to tag the runner....He just forgot the ball in this picture!

There are two other blond headed boys (well twins!) on Helee's team...I kept getting confused when I would glance out in the field trying to find him!

At least during this chase-down...He had the ball!

Helee really started getting bored towards the end of the game...He was more interested in who was in the stands & waving "Hi" to them.  Actually all the players from both teams were kind of over it by the last "inning"

But he did good! & I was proud!

Our next game is Thursday...still hope he's into by then!!
